Introducing Chef Scott Doran, our incredibly talented Sous Chef! With nearly a year under his belt, he consistently showcases his culinary expertise through an array of exquisite fish and plate preparations.
“ I have enjoyed the past seven months at Buck and Rider immensely. I love the pursuit of excellence and being an interictal part of making this a reality. Since joining the Buck team, I have made great strides as a leader and a chef. I have enjoyed working with all the different species of fish that we bring in and honing my skills on butchery. One of my favorite dishes on the menu is the Mussels. I feel this dish Is a hidden gem, the buttery sauce with the spice of the chorizo is a perfect combination.“
