Cloud Bread ...for those who are keeping it keto friendly. This Cloud Bread is so soft, airy, fluffy and practically melts in your mouth. There are tiny amounts of carbs in eggs and in the small amount of Greek yogurt used here. So one bread has about 0.5g of carbs.
If you make it with cream cheese or mayonnaise, it will have even fewer carbs. So yes, it’s almost zero-carb.
