This morning we woke up to some heartbreaking news, our friend Austin who worked for both of our restaurants passed away last night. We will be donating our sales from both restaurants to Austin’s family for medical/funeral cost. Thank you for all your support and we ask for prayers for his family.

In Mexican cuisine, Menudo, also known as pancita (littlel gut or [little] stomach) or mole de panza ("stomach sauce"), is a traditional Mexican soup, made with cow's stomach (tripe) in broth with a red chili pepper base.
