Exercise Intensity???💡

- Exercise intensity refers to how much energy is expended when exercising. Perceived intensity varies with each person. It has been found that intensity has an effect on what fuel the body uses and what kind of adaptations the body makes after exercise. Intensity is the amount of physical power (expressed as a percentage of the maximal oxygen consumption) that the body uses when performing an activity. For example, exercise intensity defines how hard the body has to work to walk a mile in 20 minutes.

If your stuck or at a plateau try changing your intensity variables and that should help you get past that sticking point.

What exercise should you start with if your new to strength training?

1. GLUTE BRIDGE

Glute bridges are excellent low-load activation exercises, meaning that they prep your glutes for more strenuous lifts like the back squat and deadlift”

Glute bridges be used to gain lean muscle by performing high repetitions or increasing lower body strength.

If your just starting to train your glutes, glute bridge techniques are done with light weight and fall into the 20- to 60 rep range. This may vary from trainee to trainee everyone. The key is to focus on quality over quantity.

I’m beyond humbled to have a gift that helps all ages to feel better and look better this is a good friend of mine and top at attorney in the state. He 76 I believe but his effort is just as good as the youngsters. His wife is one of the top doctors in the U.S. and has been on him for not doing any cardio so our relationship took that pressure away from his wife knowing the value of cardio especially at his age. Cardio should be fun and if not the odds are you will quit.

This is her first day ever cardio boxing, she was searching for coach for one on one because she felt like she wanted more than what group training offers. She never had a 1 on 1 session before and I think I had more fun than her and was hoping she would stay a little extra because I love to help those with cardio and toning up because it’s so hard to stay consistent. I’m always doing cardio because when my client punches or moves I have to as well, so I’m always lean and my body fat stays low just helping others. I knew she had some natural ability right away, but it’s not about impressing me or your self in my Box&Tone Program. The only rule I have is a positive attitude, it must be fun for us both and results follow, my programs come with a nutrition program as well so eating better is so much clearer, 5-10 pounds of fat loss a month, is what I can guarantee😉🥊 check out my testimonial section and you will see why I guarantee.
