Our teams came together to craft cozy fleece blankets, bringing warmth and comfort to young patients facing health challenges. As part of an ongoing series celebrating Women in Construction, we’ve had the absolute privilege of honoring women from across the country who are making a difference at ATI and in our industry. Today we are so excited to be featuring Edith Martinez, Operations Assistant in our San Diego office.

Edith was born to work in the construction industry: her father, husband, and son all work in construction today. It “runs in her veins,” she says, even though she started her career as a hair and makeup artist. Five years ago, she left that career for a front desk role at ATI. Since then, she’s been promoted to Supervisor and now to Operations Assistant because of her dedication to excellence.

Her advice for those joining the industry? “Be willing to put in the work, and success will follow. ATI is a company that allows you to grow if you want to.
