The POMO - Smooth, chilled coldbrew coffee, a splash of milk, and rich dark cocoa sauce - simply delicious. The name is an abbreviated form of 'Poor Man's Mocha' because it tastes like a mocha latte at a fraction of the price. This ice cold chocolatey treat is the perfect pick-me-up over the summer.

New Traveler and a new Neon?! It’s your lucky day!!
On our Traveler right now we have a Papua New Guinea Washed; with notes of apricot, pineapple, and maple syrup this bean tastes great on drip or as espresso.

Our Neon has switched over to a Peru El Corcobado Washed, notes of cherry, white peach, and pomegranate this tastes great mixed with milk or on its own.

This month we have a Washed Colombia Huila Pacamara. With bright and acidic cupping notes of Pomegranate, Raspberry, and Blood Orange, this bean is great on its own without any milk or additional flavors.

Applications for our February 2nd Night Market have opened!
The market takes place on our patio from 6-10pm, we are looking for artists of every medium, beginner or seasoned!
You will get a response before January 15th if you are accepted for this market.

January is here which means a new traveler is available!
This month we have a Nicaragua Honey Process Java bean. Cupping notes of brownie, blackberry, and brown butter, this coffee tastes great as a pour over or espresso.
Come in and try this in an americano or drip coffee all this month!

“Red and yellow bourbon combine to create the Pink Bourbon hybrid, a coffee unique in appearance and flavor profile. Farmers must carefully manage crop placements to ensure the proper cross-pollination of cherries that can range in color from light red to soft orange. During harvest, pickers must pay extra attention because determining ripeness requires some inspection and isn’t as simple as choosing only the reddest cherries. This challenging process produces complex flavors.

The double fermentation process involves an intital fermentation in cherry, followed by traditional pulping and a second, usually longer period of fermentation in tanks before the coffee is then sun-dried on patios or parabolic driers.”

❄️Winter Specials start tomorrow (December 1st)!❄️
We have such a delicious round of drinks lined up for you all. As always, syrups are made in house and are vegan/gluten-free.

Up first is the Gingersnap Latte, the flavors of a homemade Gingersnap cookie paired with our espresso and milk of choice (we think oat milk is best with this one). Available iced or hot but hot adds a layer of warmth!

The Perry Chai is a pear cider concentrate made with ginger and spices to go along with our Maya Chai concentrate, then milk of choice is added. You can enjoy this on iced or hot for a yummy treat.

Our Coquito Cold Brew has a Puerto Rican coconut eggnog topped on our Dark Side of the Moon Cold Brew, not too sweet and full of spices and coconut flavor. Available iced only.

Last up is a Spiced Cranberry Orange Matcha. Anise, clove and allspice marry together with cranberry and orange to make a perfect wintertime drink. Available iced or hot with any milk.

November Traveler on deck!
This month we have a delicious Ethiopian Kayon Mountain Natural bean. Stop in and give it a try!

“This is a Grade 1, Organic Certified Arabica coffee from The Kayon Mountain Coffee Farm in the Guji zone of Ethiopia's Oromia Region. Established in 2012, the farm began with the aim of producing high quality coffee in a socially and environmentally responsible manner; it is privately owned by Ato Esmael and his family. The farm is a 240 hectare plot in fertile sandy clay loam soil beneath a canopy of natural forest. Coffee is harvested from October to February by members of local villages. Some of it is washed, fermented and dried on raised beds and the rest is left for the production of high quality natural processed coffee. Freshly picked coffee cherries are washed with the low density beans being channeled away for a lower grade. The clean high grade coffees are then placed onto raised beds where for they dry for 12-20 days, before being hand-turned and picked over to ensure perfection.”
