Celebration of a few September birthdays. Request was for gluten free. When asked for flavors - Lemon, Vanilla and/or Red Velvet.

Everyone knows Gluten free tends to be denser, not always tasty and of course more expensive).... But we think these turned out pretty amazing!

Our three gluten free boxes are:
Mini-heart loafs - Hearts with Happy Birthday are Vanilla cake with buttercream.
Mini-loafs -
1st box - Red Velvet with cream cheese frosting.
2nd box - Not so pretty looking, lemon cake with raspberry topping and lemon zest.

We are looking forward to getting their feedback and wish them happy birthdays!

We remember the lives lost on 9/11, humans and animals alike 🐾, and the first responders who gave their all that fateful day. 🚒🚓🚑 Let us take a moment to reflect and honor their memory.

Banana split, our version, lol!
Strawberry cake, banana Bavarian cream filling with sliced strawberries.
Cupcakes - strawberry. 6 with strawberry banana babarian cream, 6 with banana Bavarian cream.

Chocolate buttercream and vanilla buttercream.

Taco night. 10 tacos - Beef. 1 taco - Shrimp.
Dad tested the shrimp taco and LOVED IT!

Kinda curious to find out if he managed to eat all 11 tacos. 2 ozs of meat per taco, cheese, lettuce, onions and a touch of salsa. Corn tortillas are cooked, not hard and not floppy.

August (back to school) Offerings:
- Mini loaf cakes perfect for individual servings. Price varies based on if there is filling or not. These are not big. Kind of like 2 regular size cupcakes per tin.
- Cupcake Bites, yes smaller than a regular cupcakes. 2 Dozen $15
- Simple cupcakes Dozen $20-$25
- Brownies Dozen $20
- 4in Small cakes $7 or 2 for $11 (not pictured)

It was an honor to make these for wonderful friends who lost their son (RIP). Made 4 different flavors.

This was 2012, after I started getting back into baking. This was made for my step-son's graduation. We have come a LONG way since then, just never realized how much.

Enchiladas are one of our favs to make. It is a bit time consuming as each one is made to order. We wanted a way to make a version to go. So the enchilada in the to-go pan is a "single" layer. The other plates are a single layer, two layer and a three layer.

Triple layer German Chocolate cake. Yes, actually made a "simple" cake with cute Maneki-nekos that are for keeps. Couldn't resist adding tiny donuts.

We have topped 2 white cakes,7 strawberry cakes with buttercream. Spring/Summer sprinkles to add a splash of color.

These are not big. Kind of like 2 regular size cupcakes per tin.

As summer gets hotter here in AZ, we are limiting what we offer treats we offer that have buttercream. Heat melts the moment we walk out that door.

So these are a great option to order.
2 for $7 Mini-loafs. It is close to the equivalent of 2 regular cupcakes.

Taco night. Didn’t get a chance to make them yesterday for Father’s Day… so the men got tacos today. 🥰

Just a random, fun, slightly colorful non-character cake to meet all requirements from both sides of the amazing kid’s family.

Strawberry cake with two types of strawberry filling, chocolate buttercream. There are three chocolate covered strawberries on top, with chocolate bunnies placed in multiple spots on the cake.

These chocolate cakes are topped with dark chocolate/peanut butter buttercream. Valentine sprinkles to add a splash of color.

We love Eevee!

This cute Eevee is sitting on a tree stump mace out of 2 layers of German Chocolate cake, with the traditional pecan/coconut icing, and dark chocolate buttercream. Accents (leaves/flowers) are made with fluffy whipped icing and tiny candy butterflies.
Eevee is hiding a secret… as the cake gets eaten… Leafeon appears.
Both Eevee and Leafeon are items to keep after a nummy cake.

Yesterday, we had the joy of providing my father and his Ace Parking coworkers at Sky Harbor Airport with a sweet surprise. Our special Christmas cupcakes were crafted with love and gratitude just for them! ❤️
