Tchotiashvili family winery is led by Kakha Tchotiashvili, an artisan winemaker with a traditional kvevri cellar (marani) in the Kakheti region of eastern Georgia. He focuses on ancient local varieties, and crafts natural amber wines and reds according to the rich local traditions. Precise and meticulous in his work, Kakha Tchotiashvili is a quiet but stimulating force. His brother Ucha is in charge of tending the vineyards which they cultivate on organic principles. Damiana Liqueur is a light herbal-based liqueur from Mexico. It’s made with the damiana herb that grows in Baha California, Mexico. It has great mixability and tastes great as a shooter. The bottle is uniquely shaped and is modeled after an Incan Goddess. The Damiana Margarita is very popular in the Los Cabos area of Mexico and Mexican margarita folklore says that the very first margarita ever made was made with Damiana Liqueur! 🥃

Mother’s Day is coming up soon! Best gift idea: Flowers and fresh strawberry daiquiris! 😍❤️💐🍹🍓

Ingredients:
2 cups frozen strawberries
2 cups vanilla ice cream
2 oz cup white rum
2 oz cup Mozart Chocolate Strawberry
Liqueur
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons strawberry puree (plus extra for garnish)
Fresh strawberries for garnish 1 tablespoons colored sprinkles
STEPS
1. Prepare serving glass by brushing little sugar syrup on it and then dip in colored sprinkles.
2. In a blender, combine frozen strawberries, vanilla ice cream, white rum, Mozart Strawberry Chocolate Liqueur, heavy cream, and 2 tablespoons of strawberry puree.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy, ensuring all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
4. In a serving glass, pour a small amount of strawberry puree and carefully pour the frozen daiquiri shake from the blender.
5. Garnish with a fresh strawberry on the rim for a decorative touch.
6. Drizzle additional strawberry puree on the top.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Ingredients:
60ml Mozart White Chocolate Liqueur
30ml Vodka
30ml Strawberry syrup

Method:
Shake all ingredients over ice then pour into a glass. Garnish with meringue, melted chocolate and an edible carrot.

St. Patrick's Day Shamrock Shake 🍀

2 pints vanilla ice cream
¼ cup Mozart White Chocolate Liqueur
¼ cup milk
¼ cup vodka
¼ teaspoon pure peppermint extract
Green food coloring, optional
Ice, if needed
Whipped cream
Green sprinkles
Mint sprigs

Combine ice cream, Mozart White Chocolate Liqueur, milk, vodka, peppermint extract, and a few drops of green food coloring, if desired, in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice and blend if too thin.

Divide mixture among 2 milkshake glasses, top with whipped cream, sprinkle, and a sprig of mint. 🌱
