Our vegan steamed veggie gyoza is back, but Chef Johnny Chu is also offering a delicious Pad Thai with your choice of Tofu, Chicken or Shrimp! This delicious noodle dish is prepared with white beech mushrooms, carrot slivers, onion, garlic, ginger, cherry tomatoes, tossed with a pineapple lemongrass citrus sauce and finally topped with crushed peanuts.
