I love my credit union because, in just three years, it has provided me with more opportunities for personal and professional growth than I ever experienced in my previous banking career.

My coworkers are truly amazing individual who show genuine kindness, making everyone feel welcome. We have a lot of fun through our events committee, engaging in donation drives, volunteer activities, and spirit weeks, which makes being part of this team exciting.

Additionally, I've had the chance to participate in our "Make it Make Cents" shorts, allowing me to step out of my comfort zone and pursue my long-time dream of working in front of a camera. I don't believe I would have had these unique opportunities anywhere else.

We loved wearing our 💙BLUE💙 to celebrate our amazing Anthem team winning Best Bank/Credit Union in the two years running 🏆✨

Meet Amy, our Anthem Branch Manager! We asked her why she loves working at Copper State CU, here is what she had to say:

"Since starting in 2020 - Copper State Credit Union has felt like an extension of family! I love being imbedded in such a wonderful network of individuals that all support the same mission - To Empower and Educate our Members and Family.

The Team at Anthem is nothing short of amazing, and we all truly support each other and the community that we live and work in.

Meet David! While he has decades of experience in Commercial Lending, he also owned his own BBQ restaurant for over a decade. 👏✨

⏳ Prep Time: 20 Min | ⏰ Cook Time: 25 Min

Ingredients:
• 12 count package King’s Hawaiian rolls
• 3 tbsp. (or more) Beaver Sweet and Spicy mustard or your favorite mustard
• 1/2 – 1 lb. sliced deli ham depending on how much ham you want to use
• 1 lb. pulled pork
• 12 slices Swiss cheese
• 1 small jar dill pickle slices or kick it up with sweat and spicy pickle chips
• 1/4 cup melted butter
• 2 tbsp. everything bagel seasoning

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13” baking pan or disposable half pan.
2. Add package of rolls to your cutting board and using a serrated knife (like a bread knife), carefully slice across the rolls, horizontally, keeping one hand on top of the rolls to steady them.
3. Once sliced, keep the rolls connected to each other and lift the entire top section off of the bottom section. Add the bottom section of the rolls to the prepared baking pan.
4. Spread half of the mustard mixture over the bottom half of the rolls in the baking pan.
5. Add ham slices on top of the mustard, then add the pulled pork on top of the ham. Top that with the cheese slices and pickles.
6. Spread remaining mustard mixture over the cut side of the top half of the rolls, then add top half of rolls, cut side down, on top of the pickles.
7. In small mixing bowl melt the butter and brush over the top of the rolls. Then sprinkle with the everything seasoning.
8. Cover loosely with foil and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake another 5 minutes, or until hot and golden.
