Good morning! I hate to have to start doing this but I'm going to start charging a deposit fee for consultation and first time clients. I've been trying not to do this for years, but when you start having too many no shows or last minute cancellations it becomes too much. I know things happen and not all things can be controlled, but we need to start respecting each other's time. Everyone lets keep it real, how many times have you had an appointment with someone and they cancelled last minute, you were mad, huh? This is not pointing the finger at any one person, but this is how we make our living.

Just wanted to let everyone know for every referral that you send to me and they get their hair done by (Melinda) me, it will be $10 off of your next service. Make sure you give them your name to make sure that you get the discount.
