Ability360 Home Modification spotlight! 💫 The bathroom in Melissa Mogenson's home was largely inaccessible for her two sons, who are powerchair users. It made tasks such as brushing their teeth require extra assistance. Ability360's Home Modification program was able to modify the Mogensen's bathroom to now be accessible, improving their independence in their own home. 2024 National Disability Independence Day
Ability360 takes immense pride in being part of the journey towards equality and empowerment. This month, as we celebrate the anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act, National Disability Independence Day and Disability Pride month, Ability360 President and CEO Chris Rodriguez and other Ability360 staff joined a large group of advocates as we marched through Washington D.C. to meet with legislatures and address critical issues affecting people with disabilities.
