I know this is a long shot, but would anybody have old oak cabinets they might be getting rid of? My seller is looking to replace a damaged door that matches their kitchen. The exact dimensions are 22" wide × 22 1/2" tall. I know there are other ways to fix this, but I thought we’d start here first.

JANUARY MARKET UPDATE: The Valley real estate market is trending upward out of a balanced market and back into a seller's market. This means that as rates continue to improve and seasonal demand comes into play, fewer homes will be on the market and we will see more multiple-offer situations on the best homes that will lead to raising prices and less time to "think about it." Plus, for buyers that need seller concessions and/or repairs, sellers will gain more leverage in negotiations making it much more difficult. Therefore, for buyers this presents a diminishing window to still find some deals before rising prices and competition becomes the norm again.
