🌟 What an incredible day Griffins had in Sofia!

On Sunday of last week, they got together in a new setting with plenty of green spaces to enjoy the summer. It was a wonderful opportunity to bond, laugh, and create amazing memories together, with delicious food and fun games.

A few days ago, an incredible team of Griffins based in Dublin took some time to give back to the community. They spent the day at a school in the South of Dublin, painting fences and adding a fresh splash of color to the playground! 🖌️🎨

This school is vital to the neighborhood, hosting children from various backgrounds, including many from nearby social housing.

Kostadin Galabov and Velina Georgieva based in Bulgaria participated in the Vitosha 100 km mountain ultra marathon. These brave Griffins completed the race, running 17 hours and 57 minutes.

Running an ultra marathon is no small task – it requires months of rigorous training, mental strength, and an unwavering commitment to push beyond limits. Kostadin and Velina have shown us what it truly means to go the extra mile (literally!) and embody the spirit of resilience and team support.

🌍 When colleagues from different countries meet is always fun!

Srinivas Palepu, one of our Griffins based in Paris recently had the opportunity to travel to Hyderabad for the first time. As he said, the team was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The office space and ambiance were marvelous and contributed to a wholesome work environment.

Such a wonderful chance to share with colleagues!

💻✨ Last week Griffins in Dublin had the pleasure to visit a local school for the second time, to give a coding class to 9-year-old girls.

With fun and simple examples, Griffins started by explaining the concept of coding and did a funny exercise by requesting the girls to guide one of the Griffins throughout the room to the exit door to understand more about the concept; learning that if you request to turn but not instructing when to stop, turning around can be forever.

After that, it was time to apply what they had learned on their computers, doing a game of an animated furry friend catching objects to get points.

This was a nice initiative among colleagues to encourage little girls to be creative, explore different tools, and maybe in the future, be part of the .

All Griffins were invited yesterday to a panel to explore a very important aspect of life: being a father.

Thank you to the panelists Vince Padua, Jamie Berkoff, Yves Lajouanie, Yves Fessler, Danut Alexandru Enache, Andrey Stoev, Aleksandar Stoyanov, Angel Angelov, Thierry Marchandise, Mauro Locarnini, and Travis Ashley. Through their perspectives on work-life balance, anecdotes, advice, and talents discovered through parenthood, this was definitely an insightful time and an encouragement to all dads at Axway. Thank you to Lydia Defranchi for conducting the panel.

Such a wonderful event in which of course, some dad jokes weren’t missing.

The UK team had a rewarding volunteer day at Sweet Day Farm. This not-for-profit organization supports individuals with learning disabilities, brain injuries, dementia, and mental health needs. The farm offers the therapeutic benefits of connecting with nature, providing space for people to broaden their horizons and build confidence in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. 🌿✨

Our team of enthusiastic volunteers rolled up their sleeves to take on various tasks to help maintain and improve the farm. From removing old fencing and digging trenches to mulching plants and trimming holly bushes, they tackled it all. They even fed the chickens, llamas, and goats, painted tables, and prepared woodwork. It was a challenging day, but so fulfilling! 💪

🌍 Recently, Dublin was the center of reunion for some Griffin leaders. With colleagues based in Brazil, France, Ireland, the US, Bulgaria, and Romania - this was a global occasion.

They reunited for strategic discussions and took it as an opportunity to share some time for a team building and enjoying Dublin’s gastronomy and doing a tour around the Axway Dublin office in what is called the Silicon Dock. All of the area is around the Grand Canal. They finished the tour just a bit further by the Liffey River.

🎉🏃‍♂️ Griffins in Sofia just wrapped up their participation in the 2024 edition of the annual Business Park Run charity event!

This year, they had two amazing teams, both excelling as they covered the new and extended distance of 5 km per team member. 💪👏

The event was organized by PWN Paris -Professional Women Network- a global movement of people accelerating gender balanced leadership in business and society, through professional development and international, cross-industry, online, and in-person networking.

This award ceremony recognized 9 talented women for their commitment to enhancing visibility and the key contributions of women in technology.

Together with Solenne Le Goaziou-Bocquillon, CEO Soft Kids, our EVP of People & Culture, Dominique FOUGERAT, who has been part of PWN for more than 20 years, had the pleasure to recognize Isabelle Rouhan, Director of hiring agency Colibri Talent, in the "Influence" category for her vision of the future of tech jobs and her impact on the digital transformation of companies. An inspiring moment for more than 150 attendees!

🐾 This past Saturday, Griffins in Sofia came together on a heartwarming journey for a volunteering event at Every Dog Matters EU.

Throughout the day they walked, played, and bonded with the dogs. From energetic pups eager for a game of fetch to gentle seniors seeking a comforting pat, this was a reminder of the impact we can make when we come together with kindness. ✨

Yesterday, all of Axway was invited to another Women at Axway panel that focused on a specific role: being a mother!

👏 Thank you to the Griffins who attended and a special shout out to Dominique Fougerat, Elena Mitrica, Anamaria Florina Ionescu, Kristina Velkova, Stacey Mangold, Noel May, Anna Levicharova, Andreya Petkova, and Flavia Tovo, who participated from different corners around the world and shared their experiences, advice, and perspectives on this topic. It was an insightful time highlighting moms' dedication and the art of balancing it all.

The Axway Summit LATAM 2024 was a success!

The event took place this week at Teatro B32, the most modern in Latin America. It featured several lectures and panels with clients who are experts in their areas of activity, and who also shared their experience using Axway solutions.

Marcelo Ramos opened with an interview with Priscila Rocha about the importance of inclusion and diversity in her environment, not only at work but in all aspects of life. Priscila brought up important points about how inclusion takes small steps and how significant having allies on this journey is!

Thank you to Guga Stocco, who, in addition to presenting his vision as an AI enthusiast, highlighting the path we have taken so far and where we will go now, extracted the best insights from the panelists who are experts on innovation - Leonardo Machado from Sem Stop, Maicon Guerra from Livelo and Kleber Reis from Bradesco!

We heard the different perspectives of clients from various sectors of the industry - automotive, financial, and health, represented by Diego Tito, Gabriel Coleti, and Roberta Squinello.

Núclea presented the benefits of the Amplify Enterprise Marketplace solution, richly told by Raul Marinho Sousa, who explored its benefits and differentiators. In the end, Tony Gordon rocked the stage and amazed everyone with his voice.

✨ Griffins in Bucharest organized a fun Easter market!

Through this effort, they supported two charitable causes organized by Aura Ion Asociatia Aura Ion and FDP FDP - Protagoniști în educație associations.

Delicious treats, handmade items, and good vibes were the special ingredients for a wonderful day!

☀️ On Saturday, some Griffins of the Scottsdale office participated in an event to clean the streets. Organized by The Scott Resort & Spa, Griffins were provided with trash bags, gloves, and safety vests for all their service.

They picked up a lot of trash on the side of the road and after the cleanup, the resort offered refreshing drinks and light bites to all the volunteers.
