At the MEAT SHOP we step into Spring and conquer Spring Fever with some of your favorite Specialty Items.

Corned Beef is made once a year. This year we will have plenty of the grain finished Corned Beef at $13.25/lb. The grass fed Corned beef will be available in limited supply.

Cuts of lamb are coming just in time for Easter. You will be able to choose from leg of lamb, rack of lamb and lamb chops.

Skin on pork products such as Porchetta, skin on pork Loin and Leg are great for smoking outdoors.

Duck, Rabbit or Quail add individuality to your menu. Whole pigs for roasting come in the 35-45 lb range.
