‼️THE NEW YORK STEAK‼️




Well here you have it…. One of everyones favorite steaks 🥩
Grass Fed, Grass Finished , Dry Aged for 30 Days+ , Free Ranged and source right here from Arizona…. Doesn’t get much better than this! 🤤🤤

The strip steak is a cut of beef steaks from the short loin of a cow. It consists of a muscle that does little work, the longissimus, making the meat particularly tender, but don’t expect to be as tender as a Filet Mignon, although the rich marbling inherent in this steak creates the robust flavor and a delicious eating experience.
Great on a cast iron pan or a grill.👍

‼️PORK CHOPS‼️ 🐷




Staying local, these chops and everything else pork in our case is coming to you by the whole pigs we get from Chiricahua Pasture Raise Meats “CPR”.🐷

Raised in open pastures, no hormones, no antibiotics and GMO-Free we are happy to say that this product is amazing ‼️

When the pigs come into the shop, our friendly butcher Sam begins his work and starts to break it down into sections so that it is ready for you and beautifully presented into our show case. For the most part we can make anything happen with this product…. Even a beautifully tied pork roast🧡

You might want to change your entire dinner plans once you get hooked onto these pork chops….Personally I love the Porterhouse Pork chop…. You get a small Tenderloin section plus the beautiful marbled top loin section in ONE CHOP‼️
😲🤯 (mic drop/ mind blown)😅

But in all fairness, it’s all going to be delicious. Don’t forget about our variety of sausages made in the shop too‼️🫶🐷

‼️SIRLOIN MOUSE STEAK‼️




A very small steak on the cow, but packs a punch in a great way. 🥊
Here at the shop we constantly remind our guests that we dry age our Ribeyes, New York’s and Sirloins in house for 30+Days minimum …. That being said as the name says, this little guy is a extension of the Sirloin Muscle which lies right on top and ages for 30+ days.
I’d say not only does the step of aging add a depth of flavor but it also becomes quite tender during this process.
So next time your in the mood for a Filet Mignon, let’s try this new steak out, it might just surprise you! 🥊
⭕️Best temperature to eat the steak is at a Medium-Rare.
⭕️Since it’s a small steak that tends to way less then 10oz we recommend cooking it whole in a sauté pan.
⭕️Medium-High heat for about 2-3 minutes each side, let it rest , cut against the grain and enjoy‼️

‼️THE CHUCK EYE STEAK‼️



A budget friendly steak that was also once called the “poor man’s steak”.

Located on the steers shoulder off the Chuck primal section and near the ribeye it’s cut only from the fifth rib, meaning that it shares a lot of characteristics with the ribeye such as it’s inter muscular fat and its beautiful marbling. I tend to call this guy The Ribeyes “little brother “😁

The legend goes that butchers have long removed this cut from the end of the chuck primal to save for themselves, and for good reason. It’s sooo good! But here at the shop, we give everyone a chance to see for themselves. 😉
We recommend cooking on a high heat grill or cast iron pan. As long as you keep it cooked medium or below, chuck eye steak can be a juicy, beefy, flavorful cut just like the ribeye. Their tends to be only two Chuck Eye steaks per the chuck section, so if you do end up seeing it in the case, pick one up and give it a try for yourself!

We've been busy here at the shop prepping for this Bangar of a weekend! With the FBR OPEN and SUPERBOWL LVI happening, we know they are always best spent with friends and family and of course, that means great food and a good ol' fashioned BBQ!

We are proud to call Rancho Llano Seco partners & lucky to sell their beautiful pigs.

A bit about them. The pigs themselves are a cross breed of Duroc, Yorkshire and Landrace. They are fed a blend of Non-Gmo vegetarian grain & legumes- 75% of which is actually grown on the ranch itself. Pretty fu***ng cool if you ask us. They are pasture raised. That means they spend their days between open hoop houses & pastures as they see fit. As you might imagine, the pigs live a life free of growth hormones, antibiotics, bath salts, oxy, and all other drugs- they prefer that pure uncut California sunshine.

“Piglet to Parilla” or “Birth to BBQ” is the way Rancho Llano Seco runs the show. They oversee every step of production & their holistic & humane approach has earned them certification from the Global Animal Partnership- an organization with complex, strict standards for animal welfare.
