This has been a game changer for me. I spend much of my day driving and then coming home to do desk work. That’s a lot of sitting!

Since getting my stand up desk converter, I can attest to more energy, less slumping, more productivity, less stiffness and boosted mood. Add a little music and you feel like a DJ on your keyboard (okay maybe that’s just me 🕺)

If you find yourself sitting much of the day (remember sitting is the new smoking) consider the benefits of a standing desk and bust a move. 😊

Having a moment. 😭 10 years ago we put these sports lockers in the garage, one for each boy. We labeled them with their name and graduating year. I remember putting 2022 on Jake’s locker, thinking, oh my we’ve got a lot of years, a lot of games, and a lot of smelly equipment ahead of us. And now suddenly here we are a week away from Jake’s graduation. It’s been quite a ride. So much gratitude for all of it. 🧡🧡🧡🧡
