This is your local Picayune Appliance Busters we just wanted to make an informative post about the impending weather headed our way, to protect your refrigerators and freezers if we loose power in our area do not put your refrigerator or freezers on a long basic extension cord as it could burn out the compressor or the control boards due to voltage drop, as a refrigerator and freezer requires a lot of power, and most orange extension cords can not supply enough power to the appliance. If it is mandatory to plug in your refrigerator or freeze into and extension cord it needs to be a ul-listed, 3 wire grounding appliance extension cord with a minimum current rating of 15 amps be safe and be smart out there during this weather and i hope everyone stays safe and protected in Jesus name God bless yall
