Dear Pickerington Junior High School Families,
We want to let you know about a small adjustment to the bus pick-up times for our junior high students attending Lakeview and Ridgeview Junior High Schools.
Starting September 3, 2024, students will need to be at their bus stop five minutes earlier than usual. This change ensures they have enough time to get to school, eat breakfast, and be ready for class by 7:15 a.m.
As part of our commitment to supporting student success, the District provides free breakfast and lunch to all students, and we want to make sure everyone starts their day with a healthy nutritious meal.
As a reminder, you can always check your student's bus information on E-Link on the transportation website. If you have any additional questions, please contact Petermann Transportation at 614-837-8525.

If you happen to grab a thing or two while shopping at Kroger, or grabbing a latte with us, then drop some needed items off at the Pickerington Public Library, One stop shopping/helping all in the same parking lot!

September is Hunger Action Month. In partnership with the Fairfield County Hunger Coalition, donations of needed items can be dropped off at our Pickerington Main Library and Sycamore Plaza Library locations. Items needed: Canned fruit, soups, canned meats, canned pasta, ramen noodles, can openers, and feminine hygiene products. #211

As we kick off another school year we are testing some new products this week. Today we share pastries, chocolate croissants and cupcakes. Later this week other yummy items we have working. Happy Monday!

We have a few save the date events and RSVP’s are needed. Several events are starting to fill up. We have our fall bake off and our pj’s & pumpkins dates available for a few more folks! Sign up, pre-pay (if applicable) and get locked in for the fun.

Sorso is returning to our school time hours beginning on Monday 8/19. There may be exceptions here and there due to mobile events and/or staffing but we are back for your needs! We will let business over the next few months determine if the 6:30am sticks around or if we move to 7am instead. If you love the early open pop by so we know to keep it! Hope you all had/have a fantastic kick off to the school year!

Did you know you can have after hours events at Sorso?! Silent Book Club - Pickerington Chapter will be back in the shop for their club meet ups starting next Tuesday. The 1st & 3rd Tuesday of the month from 5:30-7pm. Take a little time for you and meet some great folks!
