The Kentucky State Police Pikeville Post will be hosting an Outdoor Car Show Saturday, June 1, 2024 in the lower parking lot behind Applebee's, McDonald's, and Arby's located just off Cassidy Boulevard.
Registration begins at 9 a.m. and ends at 1 p.m. with trophies being awarded as soon as judging is complete.Several trophies will be awards including Best of Show, multiple "Best of" classes, and the Trooper's Choice (Top 20). In addition, participants will be entered to win several door prizes donated by local sponsors.
All proceeds from the fundraiser will benefit the Kentucky State Police Post 9 Shop with a Trooper program. The Shop with a Trooper program is a long tradition for the Kentucky State Police. Each year troopers from Post 9 go shopping with deserving children from our community. After the shopping is finished, the children get to enjoy a lunch with the troopers who work in their communities. Lastly, the children are provided a ham and food basket to ensure they have a Christmas dinner with their families. This is only made possible by local donors and fundraising events such as the KSP Outdoor Car Show.
We hope everyone can come out, enjoy good weather, and support Kentucky State Police Post 09's Annual Outdoor Car Show event.
