We strive to keep martial arts true and authentic as possible. We teach the same authentic styles that many great masters in china have done for thousands of years. This is the only this way you can you reap the many benefits and true meaning of martial arts not just the external fighting aspects, but the internal healing aspects as well. Something that has been over looked by many Americanized schools.

Our mission is to teach those who wish to learn a complete system rather than a certain style or bits and pieces of many styles blended together. About the teacher. Michael Haley began his martial arts training in Buffalo, NY, USA in 1981 at the age of 14. First learning Hong Jia, from Master Ting Fong Wong of Hong Kong., After training in this style for 5 years, he began studying Okinawan Goju Ryu karate under 2nd Dan Les Heri in 1986. After 4 years he obtained his black belt in this style and for the next several years he fought in I.S.K.A full contact tournaments, bare knuckle pit fits, tough man competitions and form (Kata) competitions.

In 1991 he switched interests back into the Chinese martial arts after attending a seminar from Shyun Kwong Long (James Sun). He then began to train in 8 Step Praying Mantis under Shifu Dean Economos in Buffalo NY.

In 1995 Michael Haley had the rare opportunity to move to San Francisco, California, USA to continue studying 8 Step Praying Mantis and Wu Style Taiji Quan directly under Shifu Shyun Kwong Long who adopted Michael into this rare system, held a Bashi ceremony, certified and ranked him as Shifu and was given the name generation Shyun Di Long (Earth Dragon) at this point Shifu Haley became a 6th generation disciple student under the great grand master Wei Xiao Tung.

In 1996 while living in San Francisco he met world famous Qi Gong master, Yan Shu Feng, and began learning a high level medical qigong, named Jin Gon Tzu Li Gung (Projecting Qi Skill) and became her first American tudi (student).

Yan Shu Feng later moved from San Francisco, California, USA to live with Shifu Haley and now resides in Buffalo, New York, USA.

He has taught seminars in special weapons and tactics to the NYS Police Dept. Firearm and knife disarming for Entman Security. Currently a profesional body guard and executive protection officer with I.E.P. Sifu Haley has performed demonstrations in New York, New Jersey, California and Florida.
