The Lundsten Residence located in Corneilus, NC on Lake Norman is another beautiful home built by Grainda Builders. This project is a 5,300 sq ft custom waterfront home, that features solid core stain grade birch doors throughout, with 1x2 poplar door casing, 9-1/4” base molding, energy saver attic pull downstairs, and MDF closet shelving supplied by the Building Center Inc and Chase Lowder. It has been a pleasure working with the Grainda team and Jay Fesperman, the VP of Construction on this project. Stay tuned for more photos once this one is completed!
