Festival Friends! This weekend you will see our our award-winning dance groups perform multiple times during our 51st Annual Festival. Their dedication to perpetuating our folk dance traditions is something to be admired. Please consider making a donation to help us refurbish the dance wardrobe (which has not been updated since the 1990s!). Thank you for your consideration and generosity!

Dear St. George Community - as we continue to prepare for our Greek Festival THIS WEEKEND, please consider donating to the GOYA fund for new dance costumes. Our GOYAns dedicate an incredible amount of time each year practicing and learning dance routines for Sights & Sounds, the Festival, in addition to many other church events, but are also an important part of keeping our folk dance traditions alive. Extra extra! 2024 Miss Greek Independence, Katerina Karadrikas will be appearing at our 51st Annual Festival on May 18th at 6 pm!

Katerina will visit the various departments, watch our award-winning Greek folk dance groups and be available for photo ops.

Katerina, who is majoring in legal studies, grew up in the community of St. George, Piscataway and was active in the Greek School, Sunday School, and GOYA. She is currently the historian for the Arkadi Cretan Youth of NJ and an active member of St. John's University Greek Club. We can't wait to see you Katerina!
