We are very excited for our upcoming Summer Yoga Fest taking place this Friday, July 26th in honor of our friend and Harmony House teacher, Hanna Martinez. ✨If you’ve already purchased a Yoga Pass or Full Day Pass, now is the time to start planning your day as you have unlimited access to all specialty yoga offerings! There’s no need to sign up ahead of time for individual sessions, but please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before start time. If your ticket includes the Sound Bath option, please arrive early to that offering as well. 🙏Please note, our Sound Bath is sold out, but our Yoga Passes can still be purchased. ✨In addition, we have been showered by our incredible local community with truly amazing donations for our silent auction offered all day at this event. We are beyond amazed at the generosity we’ve been witnessing and can’t wait to show you all! Our Silent Auction will run from 9am to 6pm. You do not need a festival pass to participate - just stop by and we’ll get you set up with a BID #. We would love to have you come by! There will be delicious baked goods and hot beverages available too! ❤️We can’t think of a better way to come together as a community with the ultimate purpose of giving support to Hanna. Whether you attend a yoga offering or participate in our silent auction, 100% of the proceeds of this event will go directly to Hanna and her family’s healing journey ahead. Many of you have been made aware of the current health challenges our teacher and friend, Hanna Martinez, is going through. She has given her heart and expert teachings to Harmony House for many years and we want to give something back to her during her time of greatest need. Thank you to this beautiful community who has been offering support to our beloved friend and teacher here at the studio, Hanna Martinez. Over the last few weeks Hanna has been undergoing additional testing to understand why she continues to lose mobility daily in her body. We have now learned that Hanna has pretty definitely been diagnosed with ALS. While Hanna is overwhelmed to learn this, she is determined to beat the odds and is persevering with strength, hope and willpower like no other. If you have met or know Hanna, you know she meets each moment with grace and power, and this is no exception! We are continuing to raise money to support this beautiful family and send Hanna to one of the best practices in NY that specializes in ALS. We invite you to consider donating if you can through the GoFundMe link in our bio. Harmony House will also be announcing soon a yoga event to benefit Hanna- stay tuned!!!! Kelly has created a workshop for you to learn the most thoughtful and effective ways to practice and prepare for the inversion known as pincha mayurasana, the forearm stand. This workshop will provide you will detailed techniques for this foundational but challenging inversion.

FIND AWARENESS AND INTENTION THROUGH A HEART OPENING NEW YEARS DAY KUNDALINI PRACTICE!

Join Hanna for a two-hour class to release stagnancy, balance the nervous system, and activate the dormant life force within the body so you can fully step into a New Year!
