Leadership isn't for the faint of heart, especially when leading a small business through a pandemic! We managed to retain all staff and didn't have to lay off anyone, or even stop any type of major operations.
As the business owner, I lead from my heart and with as much transparency as I can. I do my best to be accessible to my staff daily. Everything will not be perfect and always run smoothly, but I strive to put forth the best effort possible to serve our amazing communities with what little funding we are currently provided. It's definitely hard work and I am so grateful for the awesome team of therapists and administrative staff that have stood by RWS through it all as we forge ahead into some amazing things!

True statement
Stewards of change! We are beyond excited to link arms with greatness!
Introducing the Mayor’s Substance Misuse Task Force.
Substance misuse impacts many families in our community. We must work toward removing the wall of shame and opening the door to awareness, conversations, and resources to families in our community.
What started with a conversation between myself and Hollan Steen, led to community response and action. We have worked one year on this and I am excited to have this amazing team working together to move this mission forward.
