What do you guys think about making this a podcast that’s focuses more on mental health? We all know someone at the least who has been impacted by mental health, especially since Covid. There is a lot going on and really everything ties to mental health. Spiritual health too 🤷🏼‍♂️ whatever ur beliefs are I think we all wanna feel connected to something more

We have taken a couple weeks off to regroup and revamp our platform.

Next week we return with a whole now outline for the show, new graphics, guest co host opportunities, new schedule, and much more!

What did y’all do for the holiday? I made time and a half this morning and got to enjoy the rest of the day in the AC 😝
