A backspin is simply a shot that makes the golf ball spin backward. Check your junior players understanding and see if they know what either backspin is or how fast it can be!

Irons have a shorter shaft and smaller clubheads than woods, used to send a ball towards the hole. Ask your player when they would use an iron!

A Mulligan is simply a second chance shot when a golfer has hit a poor shot that they would rather forget. However, a player can't take a mulligan during a competitive round of golf.
