Soluna Staff Sunday, Meeting the Minds behind your food. This week we have Ezra!

Ezra is our Executive Chef and General Manager.

He was raised in the restaurant industry with his grandmother, who owned a bar for 30 years. Always in and out of the kitchen, he thrived in the chaos and heat. It was only natural to follow that passion for all things culinary.

His favorite dishes are the Pork Belly Sandwich and the Horchata Cold Brew.
