Spring Sales Event

Attention Mt. Lebanon Office Patients,

The South Garage, Washington Road Entrance, is anticipated to be closed for repairs beginning Monday, April 22, 2024, through July 2024. This is the parking garage directly across the street from the office.

Please use the 3rd Floor entrance to enter the garage. Take Florida Avenue to Municipal Way. These are the roads to the rear and side of the garage.

Pedestrian Traffic will need to access Washington Road using the 5th Floor South Staircase next to Washington Square Condominiums. Exit Elevator on Level 5 and proceed up the ramp to the stairway.

The Municipality will be signing two spaces along our block for those with mobility challenges. This does not guarantee the spaces will always be available.

Please allow for extra time during this construction to make it your upcoming appointment. Please understand that if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it may need to be rescheduled. If you are running late, please call the office and let us know. If you do not show for your appointment, you will be charged a $35.00 NO SHOW fee.

We understand that this may be an inconvenience and appreciate your patience while the Municipality makes the necessary repairs to the garage.

Once Upon A Time: The Joseph Horne Co. used to have a store at 713 Washington Road in Mt. Lebanon. This vintage 1940’s photograph is courtesy of the Heinz History Center. The building still exists today and is the location for South Hills Eye Associates. According to "The Department Store Museum", this location opened in 1945; the Whitehall Terrace Store in Brentwood-Whitehall opened in 1951 with 70,000 square feet of retail space; and the South Hills Village Store opened in 1965 with 260,000 square feet of retail space.
