Excited to soon be crafting cocktails from one of our favorite local distilleries! Shout out to Nicole Tedesco at Wigle for a great afternoon of sampling!

🍹 🍺 Meet Patrick our bar manager! 🍺 🍹
Patrick is a Pittsburgh native who has worked behind the bars of Pittsburgh institutions including Grapperia, Ki Ramen, and the Commoner. A man of simple pleasures, Patrick prefers spending his free time hiking with his dog Jojo, watching Liverpool on early weekend mornings and drinking Genesse Cream Ale when the mood strikes.
A resident of the North Side in Spring Garden, Patrick’s plan for the Park House bar is to leave patrons and fellow northsiders feeling like they never left home. Whether it's an Iron City, whiskey sour or handful of popcorn, he will ensure that you feel taken care of!
If you see Patrick out and about, make sure and ask him about his plans for brunch during soccer & afternoon Steeler games as well as fun and casual classes-tastings for wine, bourbon, or champagne on designated evenings.
The Park House is also looking forward to keeping the tradition of live music going as well as other entertainment such as Salsa dance night!
Stay tuned and we can’t wait to see you in the Spring for our March opening.

Dear Park House Patrons,
Musicians, Bartenders & Friends.
After 17 years, my tenure at the Park House will be coming to an end on December 31. Whatever you may have heard, I want you to know that this decision was not because of the “activity” on the street nor was it due to the business issues caused by the pandemic. It is simply time for me to take my falafels and hummus… and move on to another adventure! It’s been quite an experience on the North Side, and we experienced a lot! As local comic Ed Bailey once said, “…we made the Park House the only bar on East Ohio St. that didn’t belong on East Ohio Street!”
There are many people I would like to thank… some you may know, as well as those behind the scenes, that helped me make the Park House a great place to gather, eat yummy food, drink and listen to amazing music. Thank you all, including our patrons, for making this possible!
To all of the musicians who played in the House over the past 10 years, thank you! I especially want to acknowledge the Shelf Life String Band for their unwavering 10 year Bluegrass Jam gig- every Wednesday night!
It has been a pleasure to work with so many fine bartenders over the years. Each one of you brought something unique to the Park House! A special thank you to Matt and Andy for your dedication and staying around to help during these Covid times. Finally, to all of our patrons and friends near and far, your ongoing support made it possible for the Park House to be successful! I could not have made it these past 17 years without YOU! Please stop by to see me, have one last beer and pick up your personalized PH mug.
I will miss you all! Well, I will miss some of you. Hmmm… ok maybe just a few of you. But I will always remember what an honor it has been to serve you!
