To all of my great patrons out there I thought I would drop a short note out there letting everybody know that THERE Ultra Lounge will not be open this weekend. So many decisions to make from my staff and I would love to celebrate more than just opening a little bar.

Pittsburgh is trying to show how we have the fortitude to show infection rates half the rate than cities twice our size. We seem to be handling that bo**er even better than most.

We have shown that we know how to protest with cities twice our size and hold our s**t together only to have these odd ball right wing groups coming in to tarnish our golden triangle.

We have always known that Black Lives Matter and the loss and violence toward TPOC has to be stopped as well. Our shining stars are being snuffed out and I am so sad about just about everything. I have lost friends to the covid-19, suicides, overdoses, and possible homicides over the past few months. I am truly not even able to put on my happy face to greet people. Sometimes I sit at home and think I should really take a shower because it has been way longer than a minute and I bet anybody could tell I was in the building just by opening the front door.

Everybody please watch for updates this week and maybe we can open these bars and have a little fun.

The bar is far from being silent, many of us have been to protest and fully stand that right now Black lives matter the most. We all need to be fighting for rights of our family. We will always stand as a safe place for our staff and our customers.
