Tom Pappalardo has been a part of our Roma family for over 4 decades. His whole family has cooked, served, bartended, or sat you in our dining room over the years. He has poured into our community over the years volunteering his time to help in times of need.

He prepared meals for frontline heroes during the early days of the pandemic. He’s cooked for birthday parties in the restaurant and outside, catered weddings & funerals and also mentored many chefs who are now at other local restaurants.
