Looking for a natural way to refresh your scalp and hair? Try this at home recipe to add shine, remove build up, and feel fresh. Each ingredient is optional based off of what works best for you!

- 1 part Coconut Oil or Olive Oil (or combine) for moisture
- 1/2 part Apple Cider Vinegar adds shine
- Rosemary Essential Oil (7 - 8 drops) to help with growth
- Tea Tree Essential Oil (5 - 6 drops) is great for build up as it is anti-fungal and anti-microbial
- Lemon Essential Oil (3 - 4 drops) is invigorating
- Banana thickens the formula and is great for curly or dry hair
- Brown sugar or Sugar for exfoliation
Combine ingredients and then work into the scalp first, moving down through your ends using your fingers or a scalp brush. Let it sit for 15 min and then rinse out well.

If you're looking for a cooling and refreshing option for your skin that also holds a lot of benefits...look no further! Cucumber and Mint are the best of friends and work beautifully together.  Cucumber has long been associated with it's anti-inflammatory properties making it soothing and nourishing.  Chock full of vitamin C, it supports reduction of wrinkles and skin damage from the sun.
