We'll be there for "Ask the Architect" Come see us and the first EnerPHit Office building in North America!
Join Symposium session “Six&Kane: Using Energy Conservation to Revitalize a Rural Community” with Principal at Moshier Studio, Gary Moshier, Construction Project Manager at New Ecology, Norm Horn, and Brandy Schimp, Kane Mayor, as they describe their process of taking money off Wall Street and investing it on Main Street to achieve beyond Passive House performance in a 130-year old building. This project began in 2019 when The West Penn Power Sustainable Energy Fund purchased a vacant and decaying masonry building located on US Route 6 in Kayne PA and was completed in late 2022. Six&Kane is now home to both new and established local businesses, as well as the local chamber of commerce, and serves as a hub for education and economic development in a rural area.
Attend this session and more, May 24th at Drexel University. Get your tickets today at a discounted rate before May 5th, at: www.greenbuildingunited.org

It is often mistakenly believed that Passive House is expensive, but it doesn't cost the world to . This , we want to highlight our infographics explaining what a costs! Find our infographics here: https://passivehouse-international.org/index.php?page_id=560
Another step closer! More great work by DWF!
More changes to the front of the building coming soon and another shout out to Dinsmore Welding and Fabrication located in Kersey for their work on the canopy. This thing is a whopper and will be ready for delivery and installation in May. Dinsmore has quite a footprint in Six&Kane with all of the steel work that they did on the front of the building, the front staircase and now the canopy to keep us dry from the weather. Another local company making it happen.
