The ROCS Program of Family Services of Western PA

The Reaching Out to Create Success Program is for youth ages 16 to 24 who are aging out of foster care or have already aged out of the foster care system.

ROCS provides supportive services to help youth pursue career and educational goals, learn new life skills, address basic needs, and get exposure to social and cultural events in their communities. Funding for this program was provided by a grant from the BNY Mellon Foundation of Southwestern Pennsylvania.
