Nothing to worry about. The fire was on Stewart at the bend behind Remnant City. It looks like they put it out. It was never a threat to any of the businesses here on 51. Pretty sure the cause was electric related. We'll see if Duquesne Light shows up.

One of my suppliers was nice enough to give me an unsolicited explanation of of a pending price increase. Most of them have just been raising prices along the way.
I'm sharing this information in case you have been putting off any purchases. It looks like a good time to buy now before things get crazier.
"As we all continue to navigate through the pandemic, two factors have impacts that have been incredibly severe. Ocean freight and manufacturer’s price increases. Regarding ocean freight, the increase in imports on a global basis has caused the price of shipping a container from Asia to America to rise to levels never seen before. Our rates from shippers began to increase a year ago and then had a sudden spike leading up to the Chinese New Year. Since that time, they have only risen further, especially over the past few months.

18 months ago, Century was paying $4000 freight for a shipping container. Today, we are paying rates and shipping premiums that in total exceed $20,000 per container. Even at elevated prices it has become extremely hard to find containers to ship in and ships to put them on.

In addition to the meteoric rise in shipping costs, manufacturing vendors have also increased prices by double digits. Inflation is rampant. "

I spent almost five hours at Highmark Stadium, home of the Riverhounds, today assembling this beast.
