Datura Style Belly Dance 7:35PM - 8:30PM
This class is a fun challenge for beginners and offers technique training valuable for all belly dance styles. Datura Style™ Belly Dance is a fusion belly dance style founded by world renowned dancer, Rachel Brice. In this class you’ll learn Datura Style™ vocabulary that can easily be inserted into Improvisation, used in choreography, or for your own personal practice. We’re going to dig deep into fundamental belly dance technique as well. All levels are welcome! Condition and stretch 5:30PM - 6:15PM
Let's get fit. Enjoy this low impact conditioning class combined with a gentle stretch. It's the perfect combination to start your week on the right track. The conditioning sequence will work your full body with special emphasis on the gluts, abs, and leg strength. This is a mat based class suitable for all levels.

Belly Dance Basics 10:00AM - 11:00AM
Learn belly dance from the ground up all from the comfort of your home. You'll be lead through clear instruction in belly dance technique all to an amazing soundtrack! Class will start with a warm-up, move to clear technique breakdown, then combinations will be drilled and the put together in a mini routine. All levels welcome.
