Much progress has been made. Our gorgeous new design tables are in place, and our sample wall is alive with color. Still plenty to be done as we have a nesting period to navigate, but we're breathing easier and are ready to invite you all to stop by, say hello, and check the place out! We have begun taking orders again, and production is only days away.

Progress report: The movers are done. We’re in. The coolest frameshop ever is FINALLY in the setup phase. It won’t be fully realized immediately, but there are many people to thank for their talent and hard work. We hope you enjoy this sneak peak. Monday, Nov 8, is now our target date to begin accepting orders in our new home. Thanks for your patience!

All of us at The Framesmith are proud to have served our dear friend, Dr. Fu, for many years. He was an amazing human being, and it was our pleasure to play a small part in his professional career as we had the honor of framing all the accolades, photos and special gifts from grateful athletes. We extend our deepest condolences to his family and colleagues at UPMC. He will always be missed and never forgotten.

UPDATE: After an additional extension we’ll finally be arriving at our new home on Ellsworth Avenue in October! Stay tuned for an official date. Our goal is to setup swiftly while avoiding any delays in production. We are very excited to begin this new chapter in our 40+ year history. We can’t wait to get there, but we’ll continue to remain fully operational on Murray Ave until the actual move.
Relocation update: AUGUST 1
The architectural design is complete, but permits take time. We extended our lease on Murray Ave through July as we await completion of the preliminary buildout. We will continue to operate on Murray until the big move. Stay tuned for details.
