Update: Three cheers to Texas Eastern Transmission for completing its 30" underground gas pipeline replacement along the Great Allegheny Passage on August 31, in advance of its estimated October timeline. Normal bicycling and hiking between mile markers 92 and 94.5 is now restored and there is no longer need for a shuttle service.
