After three years operating out of an old house on East Street, Sibaritas is moving to downtown Pittsfield The eatery currently operates out of an old house at 1264 East St. — formerly Elizabeth's Restaurant — which Megan Gomez said presents a litany of problems.

- Previous experience in a restaurant setting, including knowledge of POS systems
- Familiarity with food safety protocols and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills and experience with cash register operations
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and provide exceptional guest services
- Certification in food safety or hospitality is a bonus

Valentines Day is approaching! It’s a Wednesday, and we will be open! 4-9 pm! Call for reservations! Tables are filling quickly, 413 448 8244! Regular menu available plus a special menu that will be posted soon!

Special alert! Seared duck breast served over asparagus risotto and topped with an orange honey glaze with dried cranberries and shallots. My mouth is watering, how about yours?

Here they are! Thank you so much to everyone who helped, with donations pouring in after the benefit we were able to make 210 baskets and give them a little extra! It was heartfelt watching our community come together to help us give back to our community back home during these challenging times.

-there was this man, selling limes in the middle of the road, we stopped to talk to him and decided to give him one of the baskets. He just stopped as other cars drove by losing sales and cried.- it’s that love which makes us keep doing this every year.

You never know the challenges others face, one little act of kindness can change one persons day.

This benefits our families in Ecuador, where my husband is from, giving each family in need a basket so they can enjoy time with the family with no need to worry about means.
The baskets cost approx. 20$ to make and provides a family with a whole chicken, 5 lb rice, beans, lentils, oil, half gallon milk, box of cereal, lb of butter, 6apples or oranges, raisins etc.
last year we handed out 150 baskets. This year our goal is 200!!
