Interested in being a part of Elizabeth Freeman Center's mission to end domestic and sexual violence? EFC is offering a free overview session for prospective volunteers this Saturday, March 16, at our 43 Francis Ave. office in Pittsfield. Get a basic introduction to the facts and figures of domestic and sexual violence, as well as a look at EFC's history, our ongoing programs and services, and current volunteer opportunities. Space is limited, so reservations are required. Lunch will be provided.

Here’s what I have in mind of what we will be offering in the food truck. These are the items I can pick from accordingly. Depending on locations, I might have to do ready scoop and serve meals so no one will have to waste time waiting in line during their short lunch hour.
Some places like breweries or parks, guests have some time to wait for their orders. Menus picked will be more involved.

Another item for the Flavourful Bites food truck. Approved, tested and tasted. Chin is having his seconds at the moment!

We’re currently using Flavours page for our food truck because there’s already 1k followers who are familiar with our cuisine.
Sabrina is doing a collaboration with Jae Chung and so she’ll be serving not only Malaysian but Thai, Korean, Indonesian, Japanese, Vietnamese, Singaporean and western food.
There won’t be the same kind of food at each location and so she’ll advertise early to let everyone know ahead of time.

Chef Sabrina Tan is available this summer for any small catering job. Price varies with the dishes you picked but will keep you within your budget.

It is with sadness that we have made the tough decision to permanently close the doors to Flavours end of December 2020.
We have celebrated and shared lots of good memories over the years from the news of new babies and marriages to dancing the night away to live bands. You supported us in our early days at the Econo Lodge and faithfully followed and supported us to our move to Pittsfield.
You donated thousands of dollars so I could Walk a Mile in Her Shoes, contributed to our soup kitchen, school lunch program, lunch/dinner for our essential workers and you shared a million stories, laughs and tears with me.
Flavours became a family and we will miss you!
We are very grateful and want to thank all our family, friends, customers and employees that helped us placed Flavours in the top 10% worldwide according to TripAdvisor.

Chinese New Year falls on January 25th 2020 and Flavours will be celebrating with our annual gourmet buffet.
We will have our annual buffet on Tuesday, January 28.
There'll be two limited seatings at 5pm and 7pm. Reservations recommended by calling 413-443-3188 during business hours.

Didn’t realize until now that my chicken and shrimp shuimai is about 8 oz per serving! 😀

Crispy vegetarian spring rolls. Just finished making them yesterday. Guess who is the first to dig in? 😀

Curry Mee and seafood Curry Laksa Loaded with turmeric, lemongrass and coconut milk. Except for honey, everything else is from the Turmeric Golden milk.

Our Fresh salmon just came in today for the Chinese New Year Buffet tomorrow.
It’s a must have on our dining table as it is a symbol of abundance in health and everything else.
