⭐What tests or screenings should you have, as these will change depending on your lifestyle and age. 👱‍♀️

⭐Are your symptoms normal, if you have noticed any changes in your body, even if you think they could not be related, always good to ask your gyno. Stay in tune with your body!

Panic attacks can be intense and debilitating. Out of no where, your heart is pounding out of your chest. Pounding so hard, it feels like you can't breathe.

During a panic attack:

Focus on your breathing. It can help to concentrate on breathing slowly in and out while counting to five.

Focus on your senses. For example, eat some candy, or hug something soft.

Try grounding techniques. Grounding techniques can help you feel more in control. They're especially useful if you experience dissociation during panic attacks. For example, the 5-4-3-2-1 Technique, list your favorite things, spell some things backward, or take a hot shower or bath.

After a panic attack:

Think about self-care. It's important to pay attention to what your body needs after you've had a panic attack. For example, you might need to rest somewhere quietly, or eat or drink something.

Tell someone you trust. If you feel able to, it could help to let someone know you've had a panic attack. It could be particularly helpful to mention how they might notice if you're having another one, and how you'd like them to help you.

Polycystic o***y syndrome (PCOS) is a common condition that affects women's hormones and their ovaries, often resulting in irregular menstrual cycles, excess androgen (a male hormone) which can lead to excess facial and body hair and acne and enlarged ovaries which cause fertility issues. 😢

Here are some tips and tricks to get you snoozin' in no time! 🥱 😴

🌙 Breathing exercises:
Take several slow, deep breaths and pay attention to the air entering and leaving your body.

🌙 Build a sleep routine:
What that routine looks like really depends on you and your needs. For example, meditation, hot bubble bath, lighting a candle, or reading a book.

🌙 Go to bed around the same time every night (even on weekends):
Train your internal body clock.

🌙 Don’t lie in bed awake:
If you can’t fall asleep after 20-30 minutes, try restarting your bedtime routine.

🌙 Use sleep aid products:
For example, a weighted blanket, sound machine, sleepy tea, or an aromatherapy diffuser.

3️⃣ Choose your exercises well.
Compound and isolated motions are the finest types of exercises for muscular building.

4️⃣ Calories needed to gain muscle.
For sustainable muscle gain without excessive fat gain, you should eat 300 to 500 calories per day above your basic needs.

5️⃣ Proteins needed to gain muscle.
When it comes to muscle building nutrients, protein is top priority.

Muscle gain involves strong dedication to both physical exercise and a healthy diet. 🥩

Who says you shouldn't eat soup in the summer? Check out this Cantelope Soup Recipe from FOOD52!

**Ingredients:**
6 cups chopped cantaloupe, about 1 (4 pound) melon
1 1/2 cups orange juice
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 sprig fresh mint
1/3 cup Greek yogurt (optional)

**Directions**
1. Place all ingredients, except for the mint, in a large bowl and stir.
2. Place half the mixture in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour soup into a pitcher, and repeat with remaining mixture.
3. Taste and whisk in more cinnamon, honey or even lemon juice if desired. It should taste sweet and tart, with only a hint of cinnamon. Chill the soup until ready to serve.
4. Remove the mint leaves from the stem (discard) and stack the leaves on top of each other. Roll lengthwise into a tight "cigar." Slice crosswise into thin strips.
5. Pour the chilled soup into six soup bowls. Garnish each with a dollop of Greek yogurt and sprinkle of shredded mint and serve.
