This inaugural event, in conjunction with the Cities of Plano, Richardson, Murphy, Dallas and Allen, encourages students, parents and staff to celebrate the joy of active commuting while building a sense of community and school spirit by promoting:
-Healthy habits
-A cleaner environment
-Safe routes to and from school

Our Fourth grade students collaborated to code Lego robots to perform certain tasks. Students used the scientific method and the engineering design process to create and troubleshoot their programs. 🤖

Don't worry, our STAAR review won't 'eclipse' the stellar event happening on Monday 😁. 3rd grade reviewed literary text elements by reading three traditional tales about the eclipse and collaboratively finding connections among them 📝🔍

🌟🔍 Our kindergarteners had a blast today with a fun and educational activity: a "Pair and Share" sight word egg hunt! 🥚📚 Watching them work together to find and share sight words was priceless. Learning can be so much fun!

🎉The 4th Grade Era’s Tour (STAAR ⭐️VERSION) started today!!! 🎉
Our students are reviewing genres by making their genres album covers. They are reviewing elements of literary texts by playing a lead4ward game called “fact or fib” which involves partners justifying their answers. 🧐

3rd grade is ready for our STAAR Review "Olympics" next week! A huge thank-you to all the families that contributed to making this such a motivating and fun event!
