Finished this condo last month.

Popcorn ceilings are gone! Kitchen and baths are gone too. These guys don’t mess around. Moving along….. even had a visitor/supervisor 🙂 checking the place out on Saturday.

It’s been a minute since our last post so here you go…. Townhouse in highly desirable Lake Highlands. New project we started last weekend. It’s gonna be a sweet place when finished! Those real hardwoods will certainly be brought back to life. Should be finished in about 7 weeks providing the supply chain doesn’t get any tighter.

About to finish this bad boy in about 10 days! Kuddos to the boys making it happen!

The guys are moving along super fast on this house. The uneven Walls have all been floated and they started new orange peel texture. They will be painting this weekend and the floors should be started by the end of next week. Should have this wrapped up within 2-3 weeks. Merry Christmas!

Well it’s been a while since we posted anything on here! We’ve been busy! Busy looking at new houses/projects, networking, learning, cleaning up after people…. Lol. Just about done with this lovely house in Crowley, TX! The seller had a tenant in this house that let their pets go potty in the house and it was a bit ripe!

This home in Plano, TX is days away from completion! Soon to be the nicest house in the neighborhood…. And soon to be the new home of a nice family!

Closing (purchase) on this diamond in the rough tomorrow! A bit of TLC and she will be as good as new…. Well…. almost new! :)

Working hard in this heat making this home the best on the block! We smoked some chicken, pork and sausage last Friday for the crew and they devoured it!

Plumbing issues??? Replacing old cast iron sanitary lines with new PVC lines. Lots of digging, trenching, and tunneling under the slab. Sure is a messy nasty job, but nothing we can’t handle!

Man oh man it is quite hot out and these guys are working hard trimming trees… making neighborhoods look better and yes there is Lots of trash to clean up too!
