Over 300 dogs and their handler teams were among the many heroes on 9/11 responding to Ground Zero. This included therapy dogs, working dogs, K9 search and rescue, and veterinary teams. Today and everyday, we remember and honor the legacy of these heroes, humans and animals alike, for their brave response to 9/11. And we cherish the memory of all of those precious souls that we lost. . ♥️🇺🇸
