Famed chef, Yaser Khalaf, and seasoned entrepreneur, Chad Roberts have brought the great Mediterranean street food, Shawarma to DFW. Be mesmerized by our slow cooked, wood-fired meats – literally roasting on spits – it’s food theater at its best.
Our slow-cooked meats are our passion, but Shawarma Bar street food offers a vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options as well as a range of spreads, dips, marinades and sauces all made in-house. With the variety of slow-cooked meats like lamb and chicken, crispy house-made falafel, and a long list of perfectly seasoned vegetables, you have plenty of delicious options.
Yaser Khalaf has always brought inventive concepts to the public. His experience from running Baboush, Farnatchi, The Ketchup Burger Bar, LA Gourmet Pizza, and most recently, Souk, have made him a powerful force in the industry. His talent lies in his ability to create something special out of Mediterranean and Moroccan cuisine, bringing North Texans truly special fare.
