Our studio is the perfect setting to maintain social distancing and still get an amazing workout! Our Balanced Body, Inc. Reformers are spaced 6 feet apart and all equipment / props are cleaned after every session to allow for a safe workout environment!

Our space can accommodate up to 3 people, so bring a friend or two for a fun and challenging workout! Now accepting appointments for Private, Duo and Trio Pilates sessions! Message me for more details or to schedule your session!

Here is another great 30 minute Pilates Mat workout you can do at home while the studio is closed. This one uses a stretch band or tubing, but you will still get a great workout even without it. Some of our favorite reformer exercises can be simulated with the use of the band....side lying legs, circles and clam shells. I promise you will feel the burn!! Courtesy of Balanced Body, Inc.
