I will tell you I've found a supplement that works not only better than biotin but is also amazing for your body. It's called evening primrose oil. This is a GLA omega 6 and not only does GLA help stimulate hair growth, the anti-inflammatory properties help decrease inflammation on the scalp which is a major cause of hair loss.
