Two of my most recent sessions ✨️❤️ I always love how smooth and seamless the top eyeliner looks come out, and with such a subtle wing at the tip! Hello, lovelies! For the last week, I've been out of the office. Why? Because my assistant/daughter just graduated from her Master's program at the University of Cambridge! I'm so proud of her hard work - and to celebrate, my family headed to Bellagio, Italy. It was one of the most gorgeous places I've ever visited. From swimming in the stunning blue waters of Lake Cuomo, to taking daytrips to Milan, to eating mouthwatering pasta dishes, it was truly a vacation to remember.

So, if you've texted/emailed me in the past week, I'm sorry for the delayed response. But rest assured, I'm back in the studio now, and feeling more energized than ever. A recent client had been seriously scarred by a car accident, and came to me for help. These results are after 3 sessions of microneedling, and you can see a big difference! And the beauty of microneedling is that it works with the body. I haven't used any camouflage on the scars; instead, I stimulated her melanocytes, which helped her body release more of its natural color, resulting in a significant reduction of the white scar tissue. Fibroblasting is our newest offering at Tashi Brow & Skin Studio, and while it's similar to microneedling in that it's a total game changer when it comes to targeting wrinkles (and much more), because of the method it uses it's able to reduce wrinkles faster and more efficiently than even microneedling.

At Tashi Brow & Skin Studio, our motto is: get it right the first time! This is because so many of our clients are correction work cases. In this lovely client's case, she had microblading go wrong elsewhere, then went through laser removal which left a yellow hue in-between her brows. The first picture up top was what her brows looked like when she came into my studio; the second picture is how her brows looked without any pencils; and the third picture is her right after our session.

While my client intiially wanted hairstrokes, I suggested an ombre look in order to best neutralize the yellow color, and we ended up meeting in the middle for a combo technique.

Like I said, clients often come to me for this kind of correction work - and that's why it's so important to do your research before booking a PMU procedure, and find an educated technician with ample experience. I've had clients come to me for their original brows, then, after I measured their facial dimensions and designed their brows, headed to somewhere cheaper or closer to home. I always completely understand when this happens - but in many of those cases, those same clients end up back in my studio, not realizing that it's not just the shape of the brows or the color I choose that creates magic - it's the size of the needle, how deep into the skin it goes, how firmly the skin is stretched. And etc, etc, etc!
