Last week, a group of associates at our , Virginia, site celebrated 30 years of service with the company! Team members gathered for a special offsite event in recognition of this amazing accomplishment.

Earlier this summer, a group of Clarence, New York, associates participated in the 2024 J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge. As the world’s largest corporate running event, the Corporate Challenge draws more than 200 organizations and thousands of runners from all speeds and abilities to compete in a 3.5-mile race held in locations around the world, including Delaware Park in Buffalo. Integer associates enjoyed the opportunity to spend quality time together outside of work while running for a great cause, with proceeds benefitting a local not-for-profit.

Through a series of initiatives led by Integer’s Pride Employee Resource Group, throughout June we showed our !

This year's celebrations included global participation in Integer "Show Your Pride Week," which saw sites and teams embrace the rainbow with Pride-themed apparel and events. The Pride ERG also held its fourth annual "Courageous Conversations” panel discussion, with panelists sharing personal perspectives and insights around the core themes of building inclusion, understanding and awareness of issues impacting the LGBTQIA+ community and their intersection with ERGs. The resulting discussion supported the Pride ERG's commitment to furthering education, providing an affirming and equal work environment, and creating a positive impact throughout Integer and in the communities where we live and work.

As part of their annual fundraising efforts, our New Ross, Ireland, team recently raised an impressive €41,500 benefitting SOCK – Supporting Ovarian Cancer Knowledge. SOCK is an Irish non-profit organization dedicated to raising funds for research into and awareness of ovarian cancer across Ireland. Integer’s donation will help to advance these important efforts.

Thank you to our Black Enterprise Team (BET) Employee Resource Group for hosting a panel discussion in recognition of both Juneteenth and Black Music Month today. Last month, Integer’s Clarence, New York, site hosted the University at Buffalo’s Tau Beta Pi, an engineering honor society. Students were invited onsite to learn more about and career opportunities in the medical device sector.
